Carl Hampson, AIA, LEED AP, has joined SRG as a Principal. With an M.Arch. from University of California, Los Angeles, a B.Arch. from University of Southern California, and experience at many regional design firms, we are delighted that his expertise will continue to strengthen SRG’s position as a design leader. Carl advances our vision to create innovation and value for our clients and plays an instrumental role in many of our key markets.
Cheryl Wunder, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has joined SRG’s Portland studio as a Senior Associate and Director of People & Culture. With a B.S. in Business Administration and certifications in human resources, organization development and project management from Portland State University, Cheryl has spent nearly two decades working to improve the employee experience and firm culture at a range of companies, from energy management organizations to healthcare nonprofits. We're thrilled to bring her HR expertise and leadership on board to cultivate and optimize the fabric of our firm.
David Webb, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, has been hired as an Associate and a Senior Project Manager in our Portland office. A graduate of Portland State University with a B.S. in Applied Design, David brings nearly three decades of project management experience to projects ranging from private developer endeavors to large-scale institutional work. By championing team communication, transparency and client attentiveness, he aspires to better the human experience through design.
Rosemarie Buchanan joins SRG’s Seattle studio as an Associate and Strategist. She works on a range of marketing and business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, public relations, and positioning for future work. Rosemarie has a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Master of Environmental Design from Yale University. Her two decades of experience in marketing, media relations and content development for architecture firms include work as a reporter for The Associated Press and a correspondent and feature writer for Architectural Record.
Amy Santimauro has been hired as a designer in SRG’s Portland office. Amy graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Architectural Studies from the University of Missouri and recently earned her M.Arch. from the University of Oregon. What began as Interior Design studies ultimately led her to an architecture path as she found herself intrigued by the experience of a building and its impact on individuals and communities. While at UO, the American Institute of Architects bestowed Amy with a 2018 COTE Top Ten for Students Award for a project entitled “Fabricating Wellness.”
Jennah Byrd, LEED GA, has been hired as a designer in our Portland office. Jennah recently graduated with her M.Arch. from the University of Oregon after earning her B.F.A. in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her passions for drawing, drafting, art and design cultivated her interest in architecture, and she was drawn to the Northwest for its focus on sustainability and progressive education.
Kirill Ryadchenko, based in Portland, has been hired as the firm’s BIM Manager. Kirill comes with eight years of experience as a designer at firms in Los Angeles and Boston, having honed his talent in BIM production and management. Kirill’s impressive model-making skills advance his strong expertise in VR, 3D printing and BIM. Kirill earned his B.Arch. with honors from Rostov State Academy of Architecture and Art in Russia, and his M.Arch. with distinction from the Southern California Institute of Architecture.
Kristopher Chan has joined SRG's Seattle studio as a designer, having received from the University of Washington his B.A. in Architectural Studies with honors as well as his M.Arch. His master's thesis explored a methodology for visualizing and using data to inform the design of cities, which he subsequently applied to address Seattle's increased density and population growth. Kristopher's passion for architecture and design lies at the intersection of buildings, culture, graphics and urbanity.
Lindsey Wenzel has joined our interiors team in Portland. Following her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon and work for a design-build firm, Lindsey went to on to earn her B.F.A. in Interior Design from Marylhurst University. She served as an interiors intern at SRG prior to her hire, during which she was vital to managing the expanded materials library in our Portland studio’s new location.
Michael Canales, AIA, NCARB, has been hired as a designer in SRG's Seattle office. Michael earned his M.Arch. from the University of New Mexico after earning his B.S. in Architecture and Minor in Urban Studies from Kent State University. Michael joins us from Ohio, where he spent the last four years managing commercial projects varying in size, scale and occupancy use.
Peyton Hill has joined SRG’s Portland office as our new Front Desk Receptionist. Peyton earned her Bachelor of Arts from Lewis & Clark College, where she also worked as an Admissions Fellow, planning special events and coordinating visits for prospective students. In addition to serving as the first point of contact in our Portland studio, Peyton works closely with the accounting team and provides essential office support.
Qiqi De Graaff, LEED GA, has been hired as a designer with SRG's interiors team in our Portland studio. Having graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Architectural Studies with an emphasis in Interior Design, Qiqi brings an impressive portfolio of interior design and branding expertise for a wide range of national sports facilities.
