Rick Zieve

Rick Zieve is an award-winning design principal known for his accomplishments on large-scale public projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. A recognized leader in the Northwest architectural community, he was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2003 and has more than 30 years of experience. Rick is valued for his open, inclusive approach and brings a modernist perspective to his work, mixing urban contexts and cultural and historic material with new construction, structural innovation and civic imagination. Rick has served on the Board of the Seattle American Institute of Architects and is currently Chairman of the Fellows & Honors Committee of AIA Seattle. He has guest lectured on his design approach and sustainable strategies and has presented his work at numerous exhibitions and conferences.
