This project is dedicated to preparing the Market for its second century as one of Seattle’s most cherished landmarks.  SRG is working with the Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority to transform the infrastructure of the campus into highly efficient modern systems without disturbing the Market’s bustling activity. The design proposes a comprehensive upgrade to the structural, mechanical and electrical systems in a dozen buildings throughout the Market’s campus.  The project also includes the targeted placement of new elevators and restrooms at several locations in the campus to make all of its public areas ADA-accessible.
