SRG provided programming, design and construction administration services for the expansion and renovation of Magruder Hall to provide expanded facilities for veterinary teaching, research, and new programs for a small animal hospital and clinic. The project includes 27,600 sf of new space and 11,000 sf of renovated space to accommodate departmental relocation and funding requirements. Key design issues included reorganization of the small animal clinic to facilitate operational efficiency and share central support functions with the large animal hospital, and the careful integration of new construction with the existing 1980 structure.
