Currently in design development, the Veterinary Medical Research Building is a new  four-story 103,000 sq ft biomedical sciences facility that is planned to occupy the Research + Education Complex, Site-4 (REC-4). This state of the art research facility focuses on the study of whole-animal sciences, requiring close adjacency to research animals and specialized support facilities with vivaria, procedure rooms, imaging and microscopy core facilities.
