Concourse C Covered Walkways at Sea-Tac Airport is the focus of the robust flight operations Horizon and Alaska Airlines offer to destinations throughout the American West. Previously, passengers inconveniently accessed the tarmac to board flights by using the terminal’s exterior exit stairs. The Concourse C Sloped Walkways project transformed this experience by offering a set of broad, weather protected ramps that descend gently to the airfield, while Alaska's Ground Level Walkways continue the experience out to farther away aircrafts.

Designed as two separate projects concurrently by SRG, the Sloped Walkways and the Ground Level Walkways are a cooperative effort by the Port and its tenant Alaska Air Group to address a complex operational problem in a way that prioritizes a high-quality experience for the traveling public. Convenient self-service elevators are provided to assist passengers with difficulty negotiating the ramps.
