Renewing our Commitment to Being a Just Organization

Earning the Just label aligns with the SRG’s core values and commitments to sustainability, equity, and making a positive impact through our work. The process of collecting data and refining policies builds internal awareness, promotes transparency, and provides opportunity to question “business as usual” to improve our practice through how we support our teams.
The Just program is a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations to elevate internal discussions, policies, and procedures and create a common language and measurement framework for social justice issues. Just is a call to action, and SRG is committed to being a more transparent, equitable, and socially just organization. Learn more about the Just label.
